QA Engineer

One of our clients in the SouthPark area of Charlotte, NC, is looking for a QA Engineer to add to their team. The QA Engineer will recommend and implement software testing solutions based on current technologies. The QA Engineer will develop automated and manual test scripts to ensure software quality. The QA Engineer will have a combination of experience with ETL and API testing.

The QA Engineer will participate in user story grooming sessions with agile team members and demonstrate enthusiasm for learning new technologies and processes. The QA Engineer will collaborate with agile and QA team members to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs. The QA Engineer will also embrace a team-oriented perspective, believing in collective success and opportunities.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a W2 basis. For our W2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance. Rate: $45 - $50 / hr. W2.

Responsibilities

• Ensures adherence to software Quality Assurance standards and processes
• Creates automated and manual test scripts
• Collaborates with test automation team members to define guidelines, templates, and standards
• Performs peer code reviews for automated test scripts

Experience Requirements

• 3 5 Years' experience as a Quality Assurance analyst in a technical environment
• 3 5 Years' experience with test management tools like: Octane, Quality Center, MS Azure DevOps
• 3 5 Years' experience with UI test automation tools like: Selenium, Appium, Unified Functional Testing (UFT), TestProject, MS Test Studio
• 3 Years' experience with Source-To-Target data integration/ETL testing

Education Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Knowledge acquired through 5+ years of work experience
