Description

Responsible and accountable for defining and articulating the philosophy of care, providing strategic leadership and direction, achieving operational efficiencies, implementing new clinical product lines, coordinating the functional activities across the continuum of care with the mission vision and values.

Qualifications

Degrees:

• Masters

Licenses & Certifications:

• Florida Registered Nurse.

Additional Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Nursing - MSN.
• Five years in nursing management experience, required.
• Knowledgeable of current theoretical approaches to delivery of nursing care and strategies for examining/applying relevant concepts.
• Nurse Executive Certification within 3 years.

Minimum Required Experience: 5 years
