Vice President - M&A

• Focuses on the merger and acquisition activities of the organization.
• Assist in establishing objectives in the development of long-range and strategic plans, the identification of organization strengths and weaknesses, and business opportunities.
• May conduct special studies for top management in areas such as the organization's operational effectiveness, capacity utilization, operating cost containment, etc.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree and 7 years related experience required.

Preferred:

• Master's degree

• Thorough knowledge of the insurance brokerage industry.
