Position Summary The Analyst, Inventory Retail is responsible for the timely and accurate reconciliation of CVS store physical inventories. Excel and SAP software are used regularly to reconcile/analyze inventory on-hand and physical inventory counts to correctly depict store shrink/swell results. SKU & NDC level details are reviewed to identify and address any discrepancies affecting the outcome of the reconciliation.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of prior inventory accounting, general accounting, or finance related experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with SAP Software
- Strong knowledge of inventory accounting and shrink principles.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Access & Excel.
- Strong analytical, decision making, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and support multiple teams.
- Ability to plan and prioritize workloads both independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision.
- Proven process improvement / quality oriented characteristics.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting required or equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$18.50 - $38.82
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
