- We have a new opening for a nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) specializing in wound care

- Location: Lansing, MI and surrounding area
- Flexible full-time schedule M-F
- Post-Acute care inpatient setting
- No call
- Create individualized care plans for residents with complex wounds
- Educate and consult with nursing staff and other healthcare providers including dress changes, hygiene, and recognizing complications.
- Integrate and work closely with the IDT and primary care teams within the facilities
- Experienced clinicians specializing in wounds, ostomy, foot care, and/or continence care
- Certified wound care NP/PA preferred, will accept wound care experienced NP/PA
- Active Michigan NP/PA license
- Active DEA preferred but not required
