The Utility & Maintenance Technician performs light maintenance duties around the facility. This person will also participate in general cleaning duties from time to time as assigned by the supervisor. Schedule: Monday-Friday 1st shift (On Call off hours for Emergencies). Full Time with Benefits. Pay Rate $22.00 per hour.

* Inspect spaces daily to identify problems with litter, mechanical failure or breakdowns

* Respond to requests for maintenance services

* Change lights

* Perform small electrical and plumbing tasks, including faucet and valve repairs and replacements

* Performs general fire & safety equipment inspections

* Set up for meetings and special events

* Performs other cleaning duties as assigned

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be mechanically inclined and have basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing work. Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance to contractual obligations required.
