Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical and electrical components of industrial stamping and metal presses. The role will involve 80% mechanical and 20% electrical work, including repairing pneumatics, hydraulics, sensors, motors, valves, bearings, shafts, pumps, and troubleshooting electrical systems up to 480 volts.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical troubleshooting and repairs on industrial stamping and metal presses.

• Repair and maintain pneumatics, hydraulics, sensors, motors, valves, bearings, shafts, and pumps.

• Conduct electrical troubleshooting up to 480 volts, including motors, sensors, and AC/DC drives.

• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

• Conduct facility maintenance including painting, plumbing, drywall, light fixtures, and electrical sockets.

• Perform general shop clean-up and maintenance tasks.

• Lift and handle materials up to 50 pounds.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $ - $ /yr.

1. Direct Hire

2. Bi-weekly pay

3. ETNA for benefits. Benefits kick in 1st of next month after starting. If started July 1st , benefits will begin Sept. 1st.

4. Company pays 93% of benefits.

5. 4% company match on 401k as long as employee put s in 5%

6. Perfect attendance bonus plan
