Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced CT Technologist to join our team for the 3rd shift position covering a 3-month leave of absence. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operations of our CT scan department.
Shift Details
- Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM
- Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday
- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of CT experience required
- Education: ARRT certification, CT, and Maine State Professional License required
- Skills:
- Level I or Level II trauma CT experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player who can thrive under pressure
Unit Information
The CT Scan department is responsible for imaging acute and trauma patients. The facility is equipped with GE Revolution CT and GE Discovery HD CT systems, utilizing EPIC and IMPAX EMR for efficient patient management.
Dress Code
Professional colored scrubs are required. Unacceptable attire includes t-shirts with non-professional wording.
Impact of Role
This position is critical to maintaining patient flow, particularly during the evening and overnight hours. Failure to fill this position could significantly impact timely discharges and increase emergency department wait times for patients awaiting CT scans.
