Document Management Technician

At ExamWorks, we're searching for a dynamic Document Management Technician to join our team at our Rancho Cordova, CA office! In this role, you'll be the unsung hero behind the scenes, expertly managing the flow of incoming and outgoing medical records. Your organizational skills will keep everything running smoothly, making a real impact every day.

• Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm EST -a schedule to keep your work-life balance on point.
• Competitive pay range of $17-$18

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare and ship records to physicians utilizing Fed Ex within required timeframes
• Prepare and send paperwork to doctor sessions for upcoming appointments within requiredtimeframes
• Engaging with clients for outstanding records
• Handle incoming calls from doctors requesting medical records and contacting doctors when sending additional records
• Process incoming medical records from clients
• Distribute medical records be sorted for upcoming appointment

• Must possess complete knowledge of general computer and telephone
• Must have a full understanding of HIPPA regulations and compliance
• Knowledgeable of Outlook, Excel, Internet and Microsoft Word
• Excellent communication skills by conveying necessary information accurately
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality
• Must be able to work well under pressure and stressful conditions. Be able to stay focused and concentrate under normal or heady distractions
• Must maintain professional and clean appearance at all times consistent with company standards
