About The Position
Job Title: CT Tech Profession: CT Tech Specialty: Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Friday to Sunday Hours per Shift: 18:00 - 06:30 Experience: Minimum 2 years of CT experience required License: ARRT(R) Certifications: BLS, ARRT(R)(CT) Must-Have: Ability to scan independently. CTA work including Head, Carotids, Abdomen, Chest, and Runoff. All routine CT procedures, no Cardiac Imaging. Description: Travel position for a CT Tech. The shift is from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM, Friday through Sunday. National CT Registry is not required. The facility is a 216-bed acute care hospital serving the community for over 40 years. Recognized for excellence in various quality measures including heart failure, heart attack, pneumonia, surgical care, and perinatal care for four consecutive years. The team of over 450 providers and 1,000 employees is dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care every day. The facility features a designated Pediatric ER, Pediatric ICU, and NICU to support the care of younger patients. Accreditations include an Accredited Chest Pain Center with Primary PCI and a cancer program accredited by relevant cancer care organizations. The successful candidate will work with all age groups and operate independently. The type of equipment used includes GE systems. Documentation is completed using Meditech, Envision Connect, and Centricity PACS. Staffing includes a transporter on shift. Dress code requires black scrubs. Position available due to a relocation of a staff member. The work environment includes new equipment and a team with substantial tenure and experience. Schedule options may be available.
