Job Description

The Senior Representative will be a highly proficient and quality-focused producer of Pre-Operative Plans. The role requires a focus on individual production efforts to meet team and department production targets.

Responsibilities

  Create cases to be completed using a proprietary case management system.

  n

• n

  Review CT Scans for conformity to surgical protocol.

  n
n
• n

  Segment CT Scans using specialized software to create 3D Anatomical Bone Models for use in Robotic Surgery.

  n
n
• n

  Create Pre-Operative Surgical Plans using Digital Bone Models for robotically assisted Total Hip and Total Knee Replacement.

  n
n
• n

  Review CT segmentations and Surgical Plans for accuracy of anatomical landmark selection, and implant sizing and positioning.

  n

• n

  Upload completed Pre-plans to field-based personnel.

  n
n
• n

  Document all activities according to prescribed methods and procedures.

  n
n
• n

  Follow work instructions exactly to deliver consistent output.

  n
n

Essential Skills

n
• n

  Proficiency in biology, biological science, and biomedical science.

  n
n
• n

  Data entry skills.

  n
n
• n

  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  n
n
• n

  Experience with Salesforce or Materialize MIMICS.

  n
n
• n

  Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.

  n
n
• n

  Proficiency in English (speaking and reading).

  n
n
• n

  Ability to view and distinguish between a variety of colors on a computer screen.

  n
n
• n

  Visual acuity: 20/20 vision with or without the aid of an assistive device.

n

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• n

  High School Diploma or equivalent.

  n
n
• n

  Minimum of 2 years’ work experience or equivalent education (Associate's Degree or above).

• n

  Certifications or related experience in Radiology (CT, X-Ray, MRI).

  n

• n

  Certification in Nursing or related field.

  n
n
• n

  Completion of college-level anatomy courses.

  n
n
• n

  Demonstrated customer service orientation.

  n
n
• n

  Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills.

  n
n
• n

  Demonstrated efficient work methods and an ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

This is an onsite position with core hours from 7am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday. The demand continues to grow, leading to a high need for overtime, though infrequent, with potential weeks exceeding 55 hours. This is not a remote position.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
