The Institute for Clinical Research and Education located within the Department of Medicine, Division of General Medicine is hiring a Student Program Coordinator. This position will provide administrative support to Program Administrators and Directors for Degree-Granting and Training Programs in Clinical Research and Medical Education. The incumbent's responsibilities include:

• processing and tracking applications from prospective students
• processing registration materials for current students
• assisting students as needed
• assisting Instructional Technologist with maintaining websites for graduate courses
• helping coordinate special events throughout the year
• interacting with administrators and faculty throughout the University
• ordering office supplies for the program

Job Summary Coordinates enrichment programs for students. Advises on, implements and facilitates student programs. Assists in policy and procedure development. Ensures adherence to regulations, guidelines, and curriculum standards. Coordinates and distributes support materials to promote enrichment programs. Assists with implementing training and development programs.
