Job Details

Job Title: Stock Plan Administrator
Location: REMOTE
Duration: 6-8 Months
Responsibilities

Assist with the administration of the company's equity plans for all employees (ISOs/NQs, RSUs/PSUs & ESPP)
Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate taxation and timely recording of equity transactions
Provide support for domestic and international tax reporting and filings, including global mobility
Collaborate with Payroll, Global Mobility and our outside tax provider to ensure our mobile population is accurately tracked and proper tax allocation is applied to their transactions
Ensure compliance with international reporting requirements (including mobility)
Maintain daily record keeping of equity data and ensure quality control of our record keeping system
Audit and reconcile monthly, quarterly, and yearly equity roll-forward
Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Payroll, HR, Tax, and Treasury, as well as external service providers
Assist in responding to equity related inquiries from employees
Maintain best practices with respect to SOX controls, governing stock plan documents and applicable processes to ensure accurate and timely processing of equity award data
Help prepare Section 16 filings (Forms 3/4/5) and track beneficial ownership

Requirements

Certified Equity Professional (CEP) certification strongly preferred
5+ years of prior experience in equity administration for a U.S. based multinational public company
Prior experience with Fidelity strongly preferred
Experience leading equity training sessions and presentations preferred
Proficiency in MS Office suite, with advanced Excel skills
Experience with various SEC forms and filings
Understanding of US federal and state taxation, and general global taxation of equity transactions
Strong organizational and project management skills with experience in process improvement
Excellent business judgement and attention to detail
