Overview Summary
We're seeking a dedicated and reliable Steward/Dishwasher to join our busy restaurant team. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen by washing dishes, pots, and pans, and keeping the kitchen organized.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using a commercial dishwasher or by hand.
- Keep the kitchen area clean and organized by sweeping, mopping, and taking out the trash.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
- Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Assist with other kitchen duties as needed.
Qualifications
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
