As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be essential in assisting our wholesale and retail customers. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, answering inquiries about our products, and recommending suitable solutions. You will also be responsible for resolving customer concerns quickly and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction. Staying updated on product features while maintaining our quality and visual standards will be a key part of your responsibilities.

Your duties will involve interacting with customers, which may include minors. There will be access to cash and electronic payment methods, personal information, merchandise, and other valuable items, which may be supervised or unsupervised. To ensure the safety of our operations and community, a review of criminal history will be required.

The individual selected for this position will be required to work at stores located within a 10-mile radius of store # at 11521 Wakefield Street, Unit 107-109, Middle River, MD 21220.

What is the Process to get Started?

  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone, determining their needs
  • Build strong relationships with both wholesale and retail customers
  • Accurately process sales transactions following company policies
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
  • Maintain organized work order files and formulas
  • Manage product inventory and setup displays
  • Tint and mix products according to customer specifications
  • Maintain cleanliness and order of store equipment
  • Load and unload delivery trucks as needed
  • Keep assigned areas stocked and presentable
  • Stay knowledgeable about product offerings and options
  • Comply with inventory control procedures and suggest sales improvements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish
  • Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • At least one (1) year of experience in retail or customer service
  • Previous sales experience in paint or paint-related products
  • Experience with tinting and mixing equipment
