About the Role
Join our team as a Sourcing Operations Coordinator, where you will play a key role in supporting our private brand costing process and executing sourcing strategies. This position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who are passionate about research, analysis, reporting, and data visualization.
What You Will Do
Conduct in-depth analyses, including commodity indexing and cost sheet evaluations.
Organize and compile data for costing events and strategic initiatives.
Enhance reporting practices and continuously improve tools and processes.
Provide critical support to Sourcing Leaders during costing negotiations.
Assist in preparing for quarterly strategy meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are ready.
Create impactful presentations to aid decision-making for various stakeholders, including senior management.
Support costing activities outside of primary events as needed.
Manage vendor communication effectively to ensure smooth operations.
Take on additional tasks as assigned to support team goals.
What Skills You Bring
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Sourcing, Textiles, Business, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Platforms.
Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
Preferred
2+ years of experience in supply chain management.
Strong background in research and analysis.
Pay Range: $65,200.00 - $101,100.00
