Full-Stack Software Engineer
We are seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer with a track record of thriving in fast-paced, high-bar engineering environments. This role is ideal for someone who loves building end-to-end products, thrives in early-stage settings, and is motivated by the opportunity to influence both technical and product direction.
What You'll Do

Lead the development of complex and scalable technical products from design to deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver impactful features that shape the product experience.
Balance frontend user interfaces with backend services and APIs to build robust, modular solutions.
Contribute to product and strategic discussions, adopting a user-first mindset when shaping decisions.
Operate with autonomy, making thoughtful trade-offs under uncertainty while maintaining high standards.

What We're Looking For

4-10 years of professional experience as a full-stack engineer in high-growth, technical environments (ideally B2B SaaS).
Foundational training from world-class engineering organizations combined with startup experience.
Strong technical fundamentals and ability to work seamlessly across frontend and backend.
A "founder's mindset" - proactive, resourceful, and comfortable making independent decisions.
Excellent communication skills; able to explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Passion for building products that solve real user problems.
