Job Description Summary

A Local 94 Helper (Engineer Helper or Apprentice Engineer) assists experienced engineers with building mechanical and HVAC systems, performing general labor like loading/unloading materials, cleaning mechanical spaces, and conducting basic maintenance and minor repairs under supervision. Responsibilities include completing tasks assigned by chief engineers, performing custodial duties, painting, replacing light fixtures, and responding to emergency situations, often requiring a high school diploma and the willingness to attend Local 94 union school for three years.

The compensation for the position is: $23.84 - $28.049
