Sr. DevOps Engineer

Our client, a leader in Managed Services, is seeking a Sr. DevOps Engineer II to join their team. As a Sr. DevOps Engineer II, you will be part of the Engineering team supporting application and infrastructure reliability on AWS. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and a focus on continuous improvement-all of which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of applications and infrastructure on AWS.
  
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to support continuous integration and deployment.
  
• Manage and optimize containerized workloads on OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) or Kubernetes.
  
• Implement automation, monitoring, and incident response strategies using DevOps and SRE principles.
  
• Collaborate across teams to drive continuous improvement in system performance, availability, and efficiency.

What's Needed?

• Strong expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, ECS, EKS).
  
• Hands-on experience with OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) or Kubernetes for container orchestration.
  
• Proficiency with Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance.
  
• Scripting skills in Python and/or Bash for automation.
  
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on collaboration, integrity, and accountability.
