Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer experience with a focus on character development. We positively impact children, ages 2-8, through the game of soccer. Our coaches are the best-trained in the business. Our expert-approved curriculum is age-appropriate and aligns with childhood education standards. In addition, we provide an exceptional customer experience and consistent communication with those we serve.

Ideal Candidate
- Confidently competent; demonstrated experience engaging and enthusiastically leading children between the ages of 2-8. Experience with soccer (player, coach, etc). Early Childhood Education background preferred but not required. Gifted with patience, excellent imagination, and stellar silly face.
- Caring and others-oriented; known for engaging with children through specific and positive affirmations. Fervent in ensuring the safety and health of those we serve.
- Learning mindset; motivated and seeking growth, professional development, and continuous improvement.
- Driven and responsible, known for delivering results, honoring commitments, being organized and on-time.
- Believes the team comes before self and is team-oriented but is also comfortable working individually and/or remotely throughout the week.
- Thoughtful and professional communicator; shares perspectives, ideas, and feedback willingly and constructively.
Additional Requirements
Must be willing to commit to a full season; longer term opportunities also available.
Must have reliable transportation and active mobile phone with data plan.
Must successfully pass a Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check and complete fingerprinting through MOVECHS. Applicant minimum age: 18 years old.
Soccer Shots reserves the right to make amendments to the schedule and/or availability requirements from time to time and at its sole discretion. All employees are expected to work upon agreement of scheduled days with the Director. Employees will be required to complete comprehensive virtual and on-field training as part of the on-boarding process.
