Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Lead case strategy on complex commercial litigation and white-collar defense matters
• Draft and argue dispositive motions, including summary judgment
• Manage discovery, ESI protocols, and expert witness coordination
• Conduct depositions and client presentations
• Trial preparation and courtroom advocacy
• Mentor junior associates and coordinate with international teams

Required

• Top-tier law school with superior academics
• 3-6 years AmLaw 100 litigation experience or federal clerkship
• Illinois Bar admission
• Exceptional writing and advocacy skills
• Federal/state court motion practice experience

Preferred

• Federal clerkship, Law Review, trial experience
• Securities litigation or white-collar defense background
• E-discovery platform expertise (Relativity, Concordance)
