Your Role: As a Senior Consultant in our Commercial Financial Services practice, you'll play a pivotal role in collaborating with leading financial institutions. This position involves guiding organizations through modernization efforts in their processes and technologies to stay competitive in an evolving market with emerging competitors and stringent regulations.

In this high-profile role, you will take charge of client management and project results. You will lead project workstreams, ensuring success through daily interactions with clients and senior consulting leaders. Your responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating operational meetings with client sponsors
• Preparing clear and impactful reports and presentations for both client and internal stakeholders
• Leading and mentoring fellow consultants to uphold superior quality standards in deliverables

What You Will Need:

• At least three years of experience in consumer banking, either as a consultant or within the industry
• A relevant Bachelor's degree
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, client-focused environment with rapidly changing priorities
• Expertise in consumer banking regulations, operational efficiency, technology strategy, business process improvement, or change management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, adept at engaging both clients and collaborators
• Willingness to travel up to 75% for client engagements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Creative problem-solving abilities with a collaborative mindset
• Commitment to delivering exceptional quality in all outputs
• Proven experience leading client service teams to deliver high-quality work
• Strong client relationship skills
• Ability to produce timely, detail-oriented work
• Experience with time-sensitive projects
• A motivated and dynamic approach to work

Desirable Qualifications:

• Prior management consulting experience is highly preferred
• Relevant certifications such as CPA, Lean Six Sigma, or PMP are a plus

The anticipated salary range for this position is $107,000.00 to $178,000.00, impacted by various factors such as skills, experience, and organizational needs.
