Senior Workflow Consultant

The Senior Workflow Consultant serves as a strategic advisor on patient flow best practices, driving process improvement and change management across complex health systems. By assessing current workflows and configuring our clients solutions, they help clients enhance operational efficiency, labor productivity, and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

• Client Consultation Advise health system leaders on patient flow transformation and workflow adoption.
• Workflow Analysis Assess current state, readiness, and manage project deliverables and timelines.
• Design Facilitation Lead workflow design sessions; align training strategies to stakeholder needs.
• Solution Configuration Translate process changes into software build settings.
• Internal Expertise Stay current on solutions and mentor peers; collaborate cross-functionally.
• Executive Engagement Maintain communication with client executives, support post-implementation improvements.
