Seasonal Office Clerk

Our client, a company in the propane and gas industry, is seeking a Seasonal Office Clerk to join their team. As a Seasonal Office Clerk, you will be part of the administrative support team, assisting with various office duties. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Seasonal Office Clerk

Location: Reno, PA

Pay Range: $15.50-$17.50/hr based on experience

Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, with availability to cover full-time hours when other staff is on vacation or PTO.

What's the Job?

• Perform general accounting tasks, including balancing checkbooks and managing finances through spreadsheets
• Answer phones and handle incoming inquiries professionally
• Assist with filing, taking orders, and other administrative duties as assigned
• Support the team with various clerical responsibilities to ensure smooth office operations
• Utilize company software called TIMS for financial management and record keeping

What's Needed?

• Basic accounting experience, including familiarity with balancing checkbooks
• Proficiency with Excel and spreadsheet management
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Prior experience in the propane or gas industry is a plus but not required
