School Aide | Oceanside | 2025-2026 School Year | $20/Hour | Immediate Hire

School Aides in Oceanside for the 2025-2026 School Year!

Start date will be in mid August 2025. Full-time and part-time positions available. Immediate hire if you qualify. Please read description before applying.

$19-$20/hourly 30 hours weekly (roughly 6 7 hours / day) 30 min break required Weekly pay via direct deposit. School Aides will be working with children with special needs. Prior experience working with children or as a caregiver is required. Must be comfortable with diapering and toileting. Minimum education requirement: High school diploma or a GED (will have to provide proof).

The School Aide is an individual who works with students requiring instructional, and/or behavioral assistance under the supervision of the special education department, teacher and/or supervising designee. The School Aide may also provide support services to assist students with personal, physical mobility and therapeutic care needs, as established by a rehabilitation health practitioner, social worker or other health care professional.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Comply with all relevant professional standards of practice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
