About The Role:

The Tender Intern within the Italian Peripheral Interventions (PI) Department will give support to the Commercial Contracting Manager, Clinical and Sales Reps in the preparation and submission of Tenders, Offers and contracts in both Public and Private healthcare sector and will also help in the Customer's pricing management. In addition, he/she will collaborate with Sales & Marketing for Market Intelligence analysis and customer events management. Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Reading and analysis of Tender notices
• Support in the preparation of technical documentation, contracts and offers for medical devices and services according to the Company procedures & guidelines, to the Customer specifications and to the Italian Law (Codice degli Appalti), in collaboration with Tender Department
• Accurate and timely submission of all the assigned tasks.
• Collaboration with the Sales Team to identify the best Customer proposal leveraging products, services and solutions available.
• Collaboration with all the functions in charge for the preparation of technical and administrative documents needed for tenders and contracts submission.
• Daily use of the software tools available for tenders/offers/contracts preparation.
• Support in the tender analysis and follow-up to the Commercial Contracting Manager.
• Usage of tender notices info for market intelligence report (excel)
• Support to Marketing for bureaucratic events management

• Good level of English (B2 level or higher)
• Knowledge of the Italian Tenders Law (Codice degli Appalti) is a plus.
