Account Manager - HVAC Service

Make your mark by growing our commercial service department. We are seeking an Account Manager - HVAC Service who will act as a technical sales expert developing and maintaining customer relationships, selling preventative maintenance contracts, and providing recommendations for service and repair work for HVAC systems.

Responsibilities:

• Meet sales goals through the development of existing customers and prospecting new business
• Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, industry sources, business directories, vertical market information, or any other lead generation source.
• Build customer relationships and follow up on customer concerns.
• Prepare cost estimates and price quotations on new work and coordinates the preparation of cost estimates on project continuations.
• Verifies and quotes prices, prepares sales contracts for jobs obtained.
• Prepare reports of pipeline, and sales activity.
• Identify and implement tools and resources to assist in sales efforts

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of related sales experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• 2+ years of service management or senior technician
• Highly Technical Prefer someone that has HVAC field experience
• Ability to oversee up to 20 team members
• Desire to grow an HVAC department
