The Company:
The company in question is a mid-sized reputable business with a long-standing history with the Florida restoration market. They cover many areas of repair & restoration, their main service lines include concrete restoration, structural repairs, faade repairs, waterproofing, & remediation on a range of small to large scale commercial restorations.
Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager , you'll lead projects from kick-off to closeout, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction every step of the way. For the right candidate this position will offer a path to upper management within the company.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing multiple restoration projects simultaneously
- Coordinating with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Overseeing budgets, schedules, and compliance with safety standards
- Conducting site visits and progress meetings
- Ensuring high-quality workmanship and timely delivery
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in commercial restoration or construction project management
- Strong knowledge of concrete repair, waterproofing, and faade systems
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- OSHA certification and PMP or similar credentials are a plus
