As a Benefits Analyst and Account Manager, you will be an essential part of our mission, ensuring client satisfaction and engagement while supporting our public sector clients. This role involves delivering personalized support, resolving issues efficiently, and fostering lasting relationships through proactive communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and Resolve: Address member inquiries regarding benefits, claims, and policy interpretation by identifying root causes and providing timely solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for public sector accounts, building strong relationships with sponsors and stakeholders.
- Onsite Engagement: Offer real-time support at various client worksites, ensuring a premium customer experience.
- Event Management & Representation: Lead open enrollment meetings, health fairs, and wellness events to educate members on their benefits.
- Reporting & Analytics: Analyze claims and utilization data, sharing insights with clients to ensure informed decision-making.
- Benefits Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of client-specific benefits and CVS Health systems to serve as a trusted advisor.
- Issue Escalation & Follow-up: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and monitor progress.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all activities align with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Travel & Territory Management: Regular travel to client sites throughout Miami-Dade County, managing scheduling and communications independently.

- Collaborate effectively with internal departments to achieve collective goals.
