About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Restoration Estimator to join our team and help drive our expansion. In this role, you will craft precise and detailed estimates using Xactimate , ensuring that our projects start on a solid foundation. You will collaborate closely with clients, insurance adjusters, and our internal teams across both the San Antonio and Austin markets.
What You'll Do:
- Perform thorough on-site inspections to determine the scope of work and damage assessment
- Develop accurate and comprehensive estimates in Xactimate for both residential and commercial projects
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure alignment on project scopes
- Manage approvals, supplements, and change orders proactively
- Maintain meticulous records and documentation to track costs and project details
Proficiency with Xactimate (Level 2+ preferred)
Strong knowledge of reconstruction processes and building codes
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
A professional communicator who thrives in a dynamic environment
Willingness to travel between San Antonio and Austin (company vehicle provided)
