What You'll Do:

As a Rehabilitation Specialist, you will:

Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop customized treatment plans.
Document patient care data following guidelines for regulatory agencies and third-party payers.
Provide safe and effective interventions, including therapeutic exercises and manual therapies.
Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
Education and train patients on activities of daily living and therapeutic tasks.
Supervise and mentor support staff, including Physical Therapy Assistants and aides.

What You'll Need:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree; Doctorate preferred.
Current licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Completion of state-required CEUs and valid CPR certification.
Familiarity with EMR software is a plus.
Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.
Dedication to creating a positive patient experience and a strong work ethic.
