As a Receiving Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining and updating department files and reports.
• Providing timely support and documentation to various internal departments.
• Managing a schedule for incoming carriers and ensuring the accurate receipt of purchase orders.
• Printing pallet tags and collaborating with buyers, vendors, and carriers for smooth operations.
• Communicating product receipts and any shipment changes promptly to the relevant leaders.
• Other tasks may be assigned as needed.

Heres what we offer:

• Pay Rate: $15.45 - $17.55 per hour, based on experience
• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday from 5 AM to 1:30 PM
• Comprehensive benefits starting on your 60th day, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Qualifications you'll bring:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years of work experience, ideally in the distribution field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English to effectively perform job-related tasks.
• Organized, problem solver, teamwork-oriented, and safety-conscious.
