As a Behavior Support Specialist, you will work one-on-one with children (ages 18 months to 8 years) in a center-based environment, utilizing ethical and evidence-based ABA techniques. With top-notch supervision and continuous training, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day!

Your Responsibilities:

• Implement ABA therapy techniques as outlined in treatment plans, engage in various therapeutic activities with children, and collect data on progress.
• Foster development through fun and engaging activities tailored to the needs of each child.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure optimal treatment, safety, and a positive environment.
• Engage in playful interactions, maintaining energy and enthusiasm to keep children actively involved.
• Communicate effectively with families, peers, and supervisors to coordinate activities and celebrate progress.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move children up to 30 lbs and be active on the floor.
• Maintain clean and organized therapy environments.
• Multitask effectively while prioritizing safety and participation.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• At least 18 years of age with a High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Complete the RBT certification process within the first 20 days of employment.
