In this position, your work will have a profound impact on the country's most critical role protecting our national security.

KBR is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler/Planner to join our team. This role is responsible for independently applying advanced scheduling and planning techniques, as well as performing in-depth analysis within a dynamic project environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Project and the ability to manage schedules for projects of moderate size and complexity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and analyze detailed project schedules and critical path plans using Microsoft Project.

• Provide advanced scheduling and planning expertise to support project execution and performance tracking.

• Identify schedule risks, propose mitigation strategies, and prepare progress reports and schedule updates.

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure schedule accuracy and alignment with project goals.

• Support schedule-related reviews, audits, and customer meetings as required.

Work Environment:

• Location: On-site

• Travel Requirements: Minimal 10%

• Working Hours: Standard

Basic Compensation:

$79,600 - $90,000 USD annually

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Required:

• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or related discipline or equivalent professional experience.

• Minimum of 3 years of progressive scheduling and planning experience in a project-driven environment.

• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Project, including creation and maintenance of complex schedules and critical path analysis.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve scheduling issues.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.

Desired:

• Active Secret Security Clearance (or the ability to obtain one is preferred).

• Familiarity with government, aerospace, or engineering program environments.

• Knowledge of earned value management (EVM) or similar project performance metrics.
