Reports To: Corporate Program Manager

Clearance Type: Secret

Work Location: National Capital Region

Estimated Start Date: On contract award

Job Description: Advantage SCI is accepting applications to support a Department of Justice law enforcement task force program. Summary of duties include but not limited to:

Oversee and manage a project or multiple projects, from inception to deployment, in accordance with contract requirements

Provide day-to-day management

Liaise/collaborate with all relevant stakeholders

Ensure that all parties, e.g., top management, rank-and-file employees, contractor management and employees are kept apprised as to all pertinent information and requirements

Provide guidance and direction in multiple tasks across several functional areas

Is responsible for overall contractor performance

Some travel may be required

Experience and Skills Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree

Active SECRET clearance

Minimum of 10 years' Program Management experience

Must have experience in managing projects through all phases, from conceptualization to completion/provision of deliverables

Must demonstrate exceptional written and oral communication skills

Must demonstrate ability to work with individuals at all levels

Must have the ability to plan and organize complex work effectively

Must have experience supervising employees

Working Conditions:

Able to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time

Able to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist and reach

Able to sit, stand, walk, run

Able to lift up to 50 pounds
