Job Title: Program Manager

Location: Plainfield NJ

Pay Rate: $54/hr-$68/hr (Perm conversion is 100k-130k)

Duration: 6 month contract to hire (Permanent after 6-months)

Schedule: M-F: 9:00am-5:00pm (30 minute unpaid lunch - 37.5 hours paid per week)

*Will require drug screen and state fingerprint for onboarding*

Must-haves

• 5+ years of post graduate experience in a Behavioral Health setting
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Master’s Degree in mental health related field
• Must have LCSW or LPC
• Experience with program development, budgeting skills, use data to track program goals, leadership/team building skills, etc.

Day-to-Day:

Insight Global is looking for a Program Manager for one of their healthcare clients in Addiction Services. They will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative direction and oversight to assigned programs, ensuring program integrity and strict compliance with all regulatory requirements. This role leads ongoing program development and the implementation of best practice interventions, supervises staffing and resource allocation, and maintains high standards of service delivery. This position requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential, along with experience in mental health program management and a deep understanding of regulatory standards in New Jersey.

Compensation

$54/hr to $68/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
