Key Responsibilities

• Own requirements documentation and strategic product design.
• Break down large features into deliverable chunks.
• Identify edge cases and ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Conduct research to support business cases.
• Collaborate with SMEs and POs
• Moderate discovery meetings and keep stakeholders aligned.

Must-Have:

• 5+ years of strategic product management experience (over tactical PO/user story writing)
• Look for enterprise-level thinking, even if not from a large enterprise.
• Screen for strong note-taking, fast comprehension, and ownership mindset.
• Confirm tool proficiency and business domain familiarity.
