A leading Luxury Home Builder is seeking a Project Manager with Custom Home experience . This is a great opportunity with a leading builder to build large custom homes with values of $1.3M and greater.

Qualifications

Four-year degree from an accredited university within the construction, engineering, or business concentrations preferred but not required
5+ years' experience in construction, comfortable with building houses
Previous experience in a project management role with the ability to execute multiple projects and/or simultaneously
Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results
Take initiative and seek responsibility
Foster positive relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors and vendors
