As a Security Professional - Logistics Site - Part Time in Union City, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in supporting a secure environment within a logistics and distribution location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to everyone on site. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, responding to inquiries and assisting with any security-related concerns. Position Type: Part Time
Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour
Job Schedule:
Day Time Mon 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM Sun 01:00 PM - 07:00 PM
What You'll Do:
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and report any suspicious activity.
- Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and unusual occurrences according to site protocols.
- Communicate with Allied Universal management and site personnel regarding security-related matters and observations.
- Assist with access control procedures for visitors, contractors, and employees as required by site policies.

Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
