St. Peter's Health Partners is looking for Locum to Perm Neurologist to start on January 2025!
Practice Setting: Outpatient ALS office
Dates of Coverage: Beginning 1/1/25
What Percent of the Practice is Adult: 100%
What Percent of the Practice is Outpatient: 100
Average Number of Office/Clinic Patients Per Locum Per Day: 6-7
Will Other Neurologists be Present During Locum's Assignment? No
How Many Physicians in Your Group? 1
Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
Facility will reimburse for the Following Costs: Hotel, Rental Car

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Board Certified/Board Eligible: Palliative Care, Hospice, Neurology, Physiatry, even Internal Med or Critical care with experience in ALS. - Required
NY License - Required
BLS/ACLS - Required
Conversion rate cap of ***k - Required
