Join Our Team as a Part-Time Truck Unloader!
Are you ready to kickstart your day at 6 AM and be a vital part of our store operations? In this role, you will play an essential part in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and process incoming products by unloading truck shipments and executing stockroom operations.
Restock the sales floor based on product demand and seasonal trends.
Welcome and assist customers, enhancing their shopping experience.
Adhere to product protection standards to ensure safety and security.
Help train new hires on Kohl's brand standards and inventory procedures.
As a valued associate at Kohl's, you will also be expected to:
Act with integrity and foster teamwork in an inclusive environment.
Use sound judgment in decision-making and collaborate with team members.
Provide outstanding customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues efficiently.
Support various departments to maintain quick and effective service.

Effectively respond to feedback from supervisors and coworkers.
Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
Required Skills:
Strong customer service orientation and a multitasking ability.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
No previous retail experience necessary.
Must be at least 16 years old.
Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in client-facing retail or service positions.
Compensation: $15.50 - $22.40.
