Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient consultations to assess their physical condition and symptoms.
- Diagnose movement dysfunctions and devise effective treatment plans.
- Educate patients on the correct use of therapeutic exercises.
- Utilize massage and stimulation techniques to facilitate healing.
- Assist patients with mobility equipment such as wheelchairs or walkers.
- Maintain detailed patient records and monitor progress towards goals.
- Provide advice on in-home treatment options and exercises to patients and their families.
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
- Valid state licensure.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a physical therapist.
- Preferably 1 year of home health experience as a physical therapist.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a caring approach.
