Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional impairments
- Design and implement personalized care plans
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation to meet all regulatory standards
- Ensure all necessary physician orders are current and obtained
Qualifications:
- Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT)
- Current Physical Therapist license for the state of practice
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
