Your Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients facing mobility, strength, balance, and functional challenges
- Design and implement individualized care plans
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain documentation in accordance with all regulatory guidelines
- Ensure all physician orders are current and properly documented
Qualifications:
- Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT)
- Current Physical Therapist license in the state of practice
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
