Travel Ultrasound Sonographer - Charlotte, NC
Contract Length: 13 Weeks | Weekly Compensation: Up to $2,700 (Based on Experience)
Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking an experienced Travel Ultrasound Sonographer to join a highly regarded healthcare facility in Charlotte, North Carolina . This is an excellent opportunity for skilled sonographers to expand their career, earn competitive pay, and experience one of the most vibrant cities in the Southeast.
Position Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Flexible scheduling available based on facility needs
- Weekend rotation may be required
- Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, OB/GYN, vascular, and small parts imaging
- Ensure patient comfort and safety while preparing and positioning patients for procedures
- Operate ultrasound equipment and capture accurate, diagnostic-quality images
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care
- Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
- Provide clear communication and compassionate care to patients and families
- Minimum of 2 years of ultrasound experience required
- Certified by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (S) required
- Active BLS certification required
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply!
- Proficiency in general, vascular, and OB/GYN ultrasound imaging
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce diagnostic-quality images
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team
