Responsibilities
- Effectively multitask and adapt to dynamic demands to provide timely and efficient service
- Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy and encouragement, delivering results related to individual and branch goals
- Develop new connections and maintain existing ones by engaging customers throughout the loan process and lifecycle, presenting tailored solutions based on customer needs
- Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities, while maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Engage with customers and other departments through multiple channels (phone, email, chat, and in-house systems)
- Exhibit a driven, goal-oriented attitude to achieve success
- Educate and inform customers on optional insurance products, ensuring understanding of loans, terms and options
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual – Spanish
Preferred
- Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience
Location
On site
Schedule
The schedule is Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours as needed, which may include Saturday.
Compensation
Target base salary range is $18.00–$22.00, based on factors including skills and experience. This role is eligible for a competitive additional compensation program based on individual and company performance.
