Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments
- Develop and implement personalized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Ensure all required physician orders are current and documented
Qualifications:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program
- Certification by the NBCOT as an OTR, if required by the state
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
