- Collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to optimize care outcomes.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, therapies, and strategies for continued progress outside the clinical setting.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Work Environment:
- Work in diverse settings such as hospitals, outpatient clinics, schools, or patients' homes.
