Your Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat patients facing mobility, strength, balance, and functional impairments.
- Develop and execute personalized care plans for each patient.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to secure successful outcomes.
- Maintain meticulous documentation to adhere to regulatory standards.
- Ensure all physician orders are current and thoroughly reviewed.
Your Qualifications:
- Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT).
- Current license held as a Physical Therapist.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- New graduates are welcome; mentorship is provided!
