Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and provide treatment for patients with mobility and functional impairments.
- Design personalized care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation to comply with all regulatory standards.
- Ensure timely updates of all required physician orders.
Qualifications:
- Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT).
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in your practicing state.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- New graduates are welcome; mentorship is provided!
